On November 30, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. (Crime of Violence against Drivers) in Busan District Court’s Branch Branch, and on October 22, 2008, the above court sentenced six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the obstruction of performance of official duties and completed the suspended sentence on January 20, 209, as the above judgment became final and conclusive on January 20, 2009.

1. The Defendant operated a game room without any trade name as referred to in subparagraph 201 of the building E in Busan, along with D and others, as a person who works as a behavioral member in the “lurty wave”, which is the maximum violent organization in Busan.

On October 27, 2010 to November 2, 2010, the Defendant, along with D, established a game “matoma” game in the above game site from around October 27, 2010 to around 41, which was not rated by the Game Rating Board, and provided 10,000 won in cash from many unspecified customers, and granted 10,000 points to customers, and made them play a game by acquiring game points by accumulating the game points according to the contingency results of the forest project emitted on the screen, and made customers exchange the game points acquired as above with 9,000 won in cash after deducting 10% of the service fees per 10,000 points.

Accordingly, in collusion with D, the defendant provided ungraded game products for use, and exchanged the results obtained through the use of game products for business purposes.

2. The Defendant, along with D, installed game products, such as “matoma”, “sking”, and “water height” in the 35th unit of the computer, without any trade name, from around December 10, 2010 to around 15:00, from around December 13, 2010 to around December 13, 2010, which were not rated by the Game Rating Board, on the game site in Busan-gun E-gun, Busan-gun, and set up game products, such as “matomato”, “sking”, and “water height”. The Defendant received 10,000 won in cash from many unspecified customers, and granted 1,00 points to customers.
