A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.
The defendant shall complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant was a person who worked in the accommodation facility of the trade name "D" (hereinafter referred to as "E") located in Gyeong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-si, Dong-dong, Seoul (hereinafter referred to as "E").
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other crimes);
A. On July 22, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime in a game room for male in the game room, the second floor “G” game room of the building located in the Sinbuk-dong, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-dong, and the Defendant used the Defendant’s cell functions inside the mobile phone, and the male victim, who was unable to know his name, taken the front of the body where the Defendant viewed the urine of the male victim.

The Defendant, at around 17:00 on July 26, 2017, committed the crime in the guest room 201, installed in the above “E” guest room 201, an Internet shopping mall “E” in the toilet room 201, under the name of the fire alarm model where the camera function and image storage device purchased from the Internet shopping mall “E” was installed, and taken from that time until August 1, 2017, the victim H (24 years) and I (23 years), who were accommodated in the above toilet, was the guest, against his will.
Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person who could cause a sense of sexual shame against his will.

On July 26, 2017, at around 05:32, the Defendant committed a crime against guests on the surface of the water in the guest room in the “E”, taken the victim’s sexual organ against his/her will, which could give his/her clothes and cause sexual humiliation to his/her own cell phone, and taken the victim’s sexual organ against his/her will on July 30, 2017:03:07-03:13:24, July 30, 2017; 07:07:09:07:07:07:05:05; 07:107:107:30 on July 30, 2017; 307:13:5 on July 30, 2017; and 43:07:105 on July 30, 2017; 207:13:5:13:5, etc. of the victims, respectively.
