Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On August 22, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 1.5 million won at the Suwon District Court due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving), and on December 11, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 2.5 million won or more at the Suwon District Court due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and was sentenced to a fine of 2.5 million won or more at the Suwon District Court.
On November 10, 2017, the Defendant driven BM5 car at around 00:11, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.098% during blood, around 200 meters from the water source to the front day of viewing the same water source.
