Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】
1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;
A. On July 31, 2014, at around 16:10, the Defendant: (a) met the victim C (the age of 68) who danced in the “Ecxex” located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) on the same day at around 17:00, the Defendant: (c) divided alcoholic beverages into the part of alcoholic beverages with the victim at a mutually influent restaurant located in the vicinity of the said Kcxex; and (d) induced the victim to “Gel” located in the Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, on the same day.
The Defendant continuously stolen money and valuables equivalent to KRW 13 million in total amount of damage, such as cash 3 million in possession of the victim's possession and gold (330,000,000 won in market price) and gold (10,000,000 won in market price) equivalent to KRW 2,330,000,000,000 in a crepit of the above telecom.
B. On August 3, 2014, around 15:30 on August 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) induced the victim H (the age of 71) who had danced at the “Jcaex” located in Jcaex located in Yasi-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (b) on the same day, the Defendant induced the victim to the victim under 308 “Lmotour” located in Y in Y in Yasan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
At around 17:25 on the same day, the Defendant continued to use a crepan in the teleel with the victim's crepan, one gold bling, one gold boom, and one hand boom.
