Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months, and imprisonment for three months with prison labor for each of the crimes specified in subparagraphs 159 and 2019 group307 and 451.
Punishment of the crime
On January 25, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of causing property damage in the wooden Branch of the Gwangju District Court on January 25, 2019, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 2, 2019. On January 30, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution for six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of interference with business, etc. in the Changwon District Court’s territorial branch branch, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 8, 2019.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Around 18:20 on December 31, 2018, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) in the “D” supermarket operated by the victim C in Tong Young-si; (b) without any special reason, entered the said Smarket in order to let the display stand down on the floor by hand; and (c) continuously putting the chairs inside the entrance of the said area on both hand, even if he was prevented from being prevented by customers, and interfered with the victim’s Schlage business by force.
