Around June 24, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (accidents against Drivers, etc.) went into a F taxi of the victim E (age 60) before the Jeju-si located in C, and arrived ahead of the H gas station located in G at the time of destination, when he/she is a destination.
