On July 30, 2014, the Defendant posted a notice to the effect that “joint purchase of infant goods” on the Internet “Sebe” website using the Defendant’s smartphones, at the location of the Defendant’s residence located in Sacheon-si D, and that the Defendant told the victim E who reported and contacted the above writing to the effect that “on the face of remittance of the price of the goods, to purchase and send toys for young children.”
