Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] On January 28, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for aiding and abetting gambling at the Daejeon District Court and two years of suspended execution, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 5, 2013.
[Criminal facts] The Defendant is the operator of B, who is a private Internet sports soil site.
1. No one shall issue sports promotion voting rights or other similar acts, or open a place for gambling for the purpose of profit-making, except for the Seoul Olympic Games National Sports Promotion Foundation and an entrusted business entity;
From March 4, 2011, the Defendant failed to carry out the business related to the production of the Internet site in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and caused 200 million won or more to occur, the Defendant opened a private sports soil site (B) called "E" in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport around April 5, 201, in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (hereinafter referred to as "E"), set up a server in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (hereinafter referred to as "the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport") in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (hereinafter referred to as "the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport") in order to develop the Internet gambling site, and granted a large number of unspecified members who access the above site, with ID 300,000, remitted money from around 3,000 members of the above site, and charged the above members with the cyber money, and caused them to exchange the money in the way of operating the sports site with at least 100,000 won to its members.
For this purpose, the Defendant received 100,000 won from the account of (H) enterprise bank (H) accounts established for the purpose of professional service education, training on information processing and telecommunications services, etc. from F, who entered the above sports soil site as a member on April 5, 201, and charged and used cyber money from around May 29, 201, and thereafter 2,184 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Table from May 29, 201.
