A. Defendant A Co., Ltd.: (a) starting from March 30, 2016 for KRW 772,516,693 and KRW 454,752,670 among them.

The cause of the claim (the obligee is the Plaintiff, and the obligor is the Defendant) is not disputed between the parties, or can be recognized in full view of the overall purport of the statements and arguments set forth in subparagraphs 1 through 11. Thus, the Plaintiff is liable to pay the Plaintiff (A) the total amount of KRW 772,516,693 and the principal amount of KRW 454,752,670 as of March 30, 2016, which is the day following the final interest calculation, to the day of complete payment from March 30, 2016 to the day of full payment, the delay interest rate of KRW 15% is calculated at the rate of KRW 15%, which is the overdue interest rate of KRW 153,073,577 and KRW 300,000, the total amount of principal and interest within the limit of KRW 325,000,000, and KRW 3254,254,306.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
