A. On July 2, 2007, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the Defendant to purchase a member C large 231 and four parcels of land and its ground buildings in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and entered into a sales contract with the following contents:

(hereinafter the above sales contract is referred to as “the instant sales contract,” and the sales contract is referred to as “the instant sales contract.”

1. Display land on real estate: The total area of the land on which 278 square meters was located in Ansan-si, the members of Ansan-si (i.e., the land indicated in paragraph (1) of the attached Table) was 3,193 square meters in total, and the shares owned by the Defendant are 91/3193 square meters in the area of the land on which 91/3193 square meters was located in Ansan-si.

The total area of the land on the 4,591.84 square meters in Ansan-si, Seoul, is 11,462 square meters, and the shares owned by the defendant are 4,591.84/11958.

The total area of the land on which 259.02 square meters was 49.02 square meters in Ansan-si, Seoul-si, and the share owned by the defendant is 624.84/11958.

A total of 6350.86 square meters: 99 square meters for lub roof single-story housing

2. Sales amount of KRW 1,99,000,000.

B. 1) On November 14, 2013, the 278m2 Before Ansan-si members D was divided into each land listed in attached Tables 2 and 3, and around November 14, 2013. 2) The Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer on April 1, 2013 as to the 991/3193 of the Defendant shares, among the 3,193m2 before Ansan-si members E, Ansan-si, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer in the future of the Plaintiff.

3) The approximately 11,462m2 of the member-gu in Ansan-si was later divided as follows (the inside of the unit is indicated by the owner or co-owner’s shares, and the ownership relationship is not changed after the division.

(1) On July 2, 2007, Oct. 13, 2007: (a) on Oct. 29, 2007, Oct. 29, 2007; (b) on Apr. 18, 2013, 2013: (c) on Nov. 14, 2013, 2013; (d) on Nov. 14, 2013, 11,462 square meters; and (e) on Jul. 31, 2013, 11,462 square meters before J. 620 square meters (i) on Jul. 31, 2013, 190 square meters before Defendant K, 1,99 square meters prior to 6 square meters L, 406 square meters prior to 94 square meters = (5) on the land listed in attached Table 51,255 square meters prior to 51 square meters = (6) on the land listed in attached Table 514545.29
