Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.
Punishment of the crime
On May 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) 02:00, on the front side of the B apartment in Gwangju Mine-gu, and was on board the back seat of the Do taxi located in the direction of the advanced direction of the Gwangju Mine-gu, the destination of which was scheduled, and was doing so, on the ground that he did not proceed in the direction of her mind at the front of the mine-gu, Gwangju; and (b) took a bath to “Chewing impe” on the ground that he did not proceed in the direction of her mind on the road in front of the mine-gu, Gwangju; (c) assaulted the victim of her right shoulder at once by drinking the victim’s right shoulder.
