The reasoning for the court’s explanation as to the instant case is as follows: (a) No. 7 of the first instance judgment; (b) No. 7 of the first instance judgment; (c) No. 2013Kahap20; (d) No. 4; and (e) No. 6 of the first instance judgment; (e) “Plaintiff B” as “Defendant B”; and (e) No. 7 of the first instance judgment as of January 22, 2010; and (e) No. 10 of the same face of the first instance judgment as of April 25, 2012; and (e) “from August 16, 2013, when Defendant C acquired ownership of land No. 2; and (e) “from August 16, 2013,” the same part of the reasoning for the first instance judgment is written as of August 16, 2013.
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate. Thus, all appeals by the Defendants are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
