1. The defendant is based on the completion of the acquisition by prescription on January 1, 1990 with respect to the land size of 793 square meters in Seosan-si, Seosan-si.
Reasons
1. Around January 1, 1970, the Plaintiff: (a) obtained the right to cultivate land of 793 square meters in Seosan-si, Seosan-si; (b) occupied and cultivated the said land from around that time; and (c) acquired the said land by prescription on January 1, 1990, for which 20 years elapsed.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on the land to the Plaintiff for the completion of the acquisition by prescription.
