A. C shall recover the true title with respect to the portion of 1/3 of the real estate listed in paragraph 1 of the attached list.

A. C, on May 7, 2008, owned the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant real estate”), completed the registration of ownership transfer under the name of the defendant for sale as of April 10, 2008.

B. On July 14, 2008, D, E, and F shared 1/3 shares of the attached list 2 real estate (hereinafter “instant 2 real estate”), completed the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the defendant for sale and purchase as of May 15, 2008, and completed the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of G with respect to the remaining 103/2061 shares of the above real estate as of May 15, 2008.

On July 15, 2008, D, E, and F shared 1/3 shares of the real estate listed in the list 3 (hereinafter “instant three real estate”) and completed the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the defendant on the ground of sale and purchase as of May 15, 2008, and completed the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of G for the remaining 309/912 shares of the above real estate on the same day.

2. The Plaintiff’s assertion, around March 2008, agreed to jointly purchase each of the instant real estate with H, the Defendant’s son, and to jointly title trust the title to the Defendant. The Plaintiff bears KRW 1 billion out of the total expected purchase amount of KRW 3 billion, and H bears the remainder of the purchase amount. The Plaintiff agreed to purchase 1/3 shares of each of the instant real estate and the remainder, respectively.
