Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.
Punishment of the crime
No one shall construct buildings, change the purpose of use, install structures, change the form and quality of land, fell bamboo and trees, divide land, store articles within a special management area prescribed by the Special Act on the Construction, etc. of Public Housing, and obtain permission from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu when he/she performs an act prescribed by Presidential Decree within the scope consistent with the purport of a special management area.
Nevertheless, on May 2015, the Defendant changed the form and quality by packaging and stopping the area equivalent to 692m2 square meters of the land in Gwangju-si, which is a special management area in Blue-si on the date.
