1. The Defendant’s KRW 1,520,00,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from February 1, 2017 to December 2, 2019.

Reasons

1. Of the amount of KRW 486,966 (2,100,000,000 paid by the Defendant, the remainder of KRW 1,520,00,000 paid by the Defendant, as stated in the attached Form No. 1 of the Claim for Damages (Article 208(3)1, and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act), the Defendant, without the Plaintiff’s consent, shall be liable for damages and delay damages, which are the remainder of KRW 1,520,000,000 paid by the Defendant, as stated in the attached Form No. 1 of the Claim for Damages (Article 208(3)1, and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
