1. Indication of claim;
(a) The reasons for the claim are as shown in the annex;
B. However, the amendment of “the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings” to the statutory interest rate shall apply from October 13, 2015 to 15% per annum.
