The Defendant reported the production of music records and music video products in the name of “C”, and reported the sale of alcoholic beverages in the name of “E” to the Director of the Incheon District Tax Office as his/her wife D, and, in substance, prepared and sold alcoholic beverages, he/she is allowed to employ entertainment workers or install entertainment facilities as a business of cooking and selling alcoholic beverages, and customers were allowed to sing or dance.

On July 16, 2012, around 22:30, the Defendant: (a) on the second floor of the building F of the building in Yong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) without obtaining permission for entertainment bar business; (c) on the said “C” shop, two customers, including G, etc., by using a singing terminal device; (d) sold three cans, which are alcoholic beverages; and (e) allowed workers engaged in entertainment to drink with the said customers, to provide entertainment bar without obtaining permission for entertainment bar business.

The Defendant is a person who operates a business of “C” on the second floor of a building located in the F in the astronomical City of 2013.

Any person who intends to run a singing practice room business shall register with the Mayor.

Nevertheless, at around 22:40 on September 28, 2012, the Defendant run a singing practice room business without registering the singing practice room business, and without getting four customers to receive KRW 25,00 per hour from four persons, such as I, etc., and let customers get singing in line with the musical instruments.
