Reasons

1. On May 31, 2004, the Plaintiff sought payment of the above loans, interest, and delay damages, since the Plaintiff leased KRW 10,000,000 to the Defendant at an annual interest rate of 10%, 19% per annum, 19% per annum, and due date of payment on December 31, 2010.
