On 02. 23:40 on 04. 02. 23:40, the Defendant driven a bent vehicle in the state of alcohol with approximately 100 meters alcohol concentration from the front side of the Yaeaeama theater located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju to the front side of the same Dong.
