2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Defendant.

Purport of claim and appeal

A. On November 2002, the Plaintiff entered into a comprehensive automobile insurance contract (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with B as a registered insured with respect to the C vehicle owned by D (hereinafter “instant vehicle”).

B. The instant insurance contract included a special agreement with family drivers (hereinafter “the instant special agreement”). However, according to the said special agreement, the Plaintiff does not pay insurance money for any accident occurred while a person other than the registered insured or his/her family has driven an insured automobile under the special agreement.

However, if the insured motor vehicle was stolen, I would pay insurance money to the insured motor vehicle's liability for damages, its own physical accident, and its own vehicle damage caused by the insured motor vehicle accident from the time of the theft to the time of its discovery.

C. At around 21:00 on February 6, 2013, the Defendant driven the instant vehicle driven by D around 23:00 on the same day after drinking Don, which had been snicked prior to the time in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and then driven the instant vehicle to the B king bathing Beach located in the Jung-gu, Incheon.

On February 7, 2013, the Defendant, at the vicinity of D and Balking Bathing Beach, went through the instant vehicle, driving the instant vehicle, and driving it at the front of D on February 7, 2013, along the two-lanes between the two-lanes in Seoul and the two-lanes in the middle-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, 2932.

However, without a driver's license, the Defendant neglected the duty of front-time watch while under the influence of alcohol, and caused the shock of the front part of the e-driving taxi in front of the instant vehicle, which proceeded with the center line by failure to properly operate the steering gear, and due to this, E suffered injury, such as the closed alley of the left-hand edge in need of treatment for about four months.
