(B) The Plaintiff’s claim should be dismissed on the ground that the Plaintiff’s claim is groundless, even if the Plaintiff’s claim is based on all evidence submitted by the Plaintiff.
The judgment of the court of first instance is just and without merit, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
