On November 2, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on a deposit of KRW 100 million, KRW 500,000 per month of rent (excluding additional tax), and from November 16, 2014 to November 15, 2016, and delivered the instant building to the Defendant on November 16, 2014.
However, since March 2015, the defendant did not pay the rent from March 2015 and did not pay the rent for the total of 21 months as of November 2016.
Therefore, the Plaintiff terminated the instant lease agreement, and sought payment of KRW 15,500,000 after deducting KRW 100,000,000 from the overdue rent of KRW 115,500,000 (5,500,000,000,000 for the month including additional tax x 21 month). 2. By publication, the Plaintiff seeks payment of KRW 15,50,000,00 for the remainder of the lease deposit.
