A. Defendant’s compulsory hospitalization 1) The Defendant is a female of 1947 who was a female of 1967, and there is her son C, 1965, and her son D, who was born in 1970.2) On December 14, 2018, the Defendant was compulsorily hospitalized to the F Hospital in Songpa-gu Seoul (hereinafter “F Hospital”) at the request of son, a guardian, around 14:00.

F Hospital classified the defendant as a patient whose discharge, etc. is restricted pursuant to Article 42(1) of the Act on the Improvement of Mental Health and the Support for Welfare Services for Mental Patients and Article 34(1) of the Enforcement Rule of the same Act and continued to be hospitalized.

B. Review of compulsory hospitalization and delegation 1 of the case of claim for relief of personal injury) The contact between Defendant branch employees and Defendant G Attorney G-at-law affiliated with the Plaintiff (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) refers to “Plaintiff”.

On December 24, 2018, H Tax Accountants, the Defendant, who is the Defendant’s seat, had been urged to be hospitalized in the F Hospital and consulted with the attorney. On December 24, 2018, Nonparty I, J, and the Defendant, who was recently known, visited the Plaintiff to the office for about 2 hours, and requested the Defendant to visit the office for consultation for about 30 hours. (ii) On December 25, 2018, the following day, the Plaintiff visited the F Hospital at around 09:30, while waiting for at least 40 minutes, Nonparty I, the Defendant, at around 10:10, had been forced to provide consultation with the Defendant, at least 30 hours, and the Defendant did not meet the Plaintiff’s present symptoms to provide consultation or consultation. (iii) At the latest, the Plaintiff’s visit to the Defendant himself/herself, who did not meet his/her own symptoms to provide consultation.
