1. The Defendant shall pay 3 million won to the Plaintiff at the rate of 20% per annum from August 9, 2014 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

In full view of the purport of the argument in Gap evidence No. 1, since it is recognized that the defendant agreed to pay 33 million won to the plaintiff from July 22, 2014 to the date of 2003, the defendant is obligated to pay 33 million won and 20% interest per annum to the plaintiff from August 9, 2014 to the date of full payment, it is so decided as per Disposition.
