On June 6, 2018, the Plaintiff received a subcontract for temporary fences and retaining walls construction works from the Defendant for the construction of a factory on the ground C-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S

However, the Plaintiff did not receive KRW 45,115,800, out of the construction cost from the Defendant.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of the construction cost of KRW 45,115,800 and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from December 20, 2018 to the date of full payment, which is obvious that the copy of the complaint in this case was served on the day following the delivery of the copy of the complaint in this case.
