1. The defendant shall pay 50,000,000 won to the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On December 3, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) transferred KRW 160 million to the Defendant on the day of the contract; (b) KRW 19 million on the day of the transfer; (c) KRW 30 million on December 3, 2014; and (d) KRW 100,000,000 to the Defendant’s account at the time of construction; and (d) KRW 50,000,000 to the Plaintiff for the remainder of the leased property as an employee of the Defendant’s business from April 1, 2014 to March 1, 2015; and (e) the Plaintiff confirmed that the remainder of the leased property will be paid as KRW 160,000 on the ground that the leased property was paid as KRW 100,000,000 to the Plaintiff on the ground that the lease property was paid as KRW 500,000,000 after the completion of the contract.
