A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Criminal facts
1. On November 9, 2017, around 14:50, the Defendant: (a) delivered approximately 10 grams of marijuana contained in E in F, an express bus freight, to a Korean bank account for F, from around 14:50 to around 50, 2017; and (b) transferred KRW 80,000 to the Korean bank account for F, in return.
Accordingly, the Defendant traded marijuana.
2. On February 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around the first and fourth day of 100 p.m., the Defendant: (b) had a name influenc inception or marijuana, which was promised to sell and sell the Melopon (one philopon; hereinafter “Wlopon”); and (c) had 3.5 million won in cash, approximately 10 grams of philopon and 10 grams of marijuana contained in tobacco bags, and 10gs of marijuana, which were inserted in the Melopon.
Accordingly, the Defendant traded philophones and marijuana.
3. On April 16, 2018, the Defendant, who administered a opon, put approximately 0.1g of opon in the Defendant’s car parked in the 101-dong parking lot for QM6 riding at around 08:00, QM1, who was parked in the 101-dong parking lot, and dices the smoke with a glasster.
In addition, from that time until the 18th day of the same month, the Defendant administered philophones over four occasions, such as (1) the list of crimes in the same manner.
4. On February 2, 2018, at around 00:00, the Defendant dynasium 101, dynasium 0.1g of marijuana in the Defendant’s car parked in the above K apartment 101 parking lot, and dynasium dynasium dynasium.
In addition, from that time until April 9, 2018, the Defendant smoked marijuana over seven occasions, such as the list of crimes in attached Form (2) in the same manner.
5. On April 18, 2018, the Defendant holding philophones and marijuana shall include approximately 3.4 grams of philophones contained in vinyl packaging in the Defendant’s inner part of the Defendant’s house, at around 13:30, 201, Dong 101, Dong 403, the Defendant was parked in the said K apartment 101.
