Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. The owner of a business establishment harmful to juveniles who run a business harmful to juveniles shall not employ a juvenile, and the owner of a business harmful to juveniles who intends to employ an employee shall verify his/her age in advance;

Nevertheless, at around 03:00 on October 15, 2013, the Defendant agreed to provide 30,000 won per hour to E (the age of 17) who is a juvenile upon the request of 5 male son in the D entertainment tavern operated by the Defendant in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and agreed to allow the above customer to sit in company with the above customer and to encourage the customer to enjoy entertainment by dancing, and did not confirm the age of E in advance.
