However, there is no change in sentencing conditions after appeal.

Considering the circumstances stated in the reasons for sentencing, each of the crimes in this case, the circumstances after the crime, the defendant's family relationship and the defense counsel's health status, as well as all of the circumstances mentioned in the records, it cannot be deemed that the sentence imposed by the court below is too unreasonable.

The defendant's appeal is dismissed on the ground that it is without merit.
