If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On June 28, 2012, at around 00:56, the Defendant driven a BNS car under the influence of alcohol content 0.164% at a place where the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seocho-gu Office was not known.
