A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On December 2, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor and two months for embezzlement at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on December 2, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 23, 2015.
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. The Defendant, around the first half of April 2009, put approximately 0.05g of psychotropic drugs-related Mespopon into a single-use injection machine, dilution into a water and injected into E arms at the office of “D,” operated by the Defendant at Dongbcheon-si, Gyeonggi-do (hereinafter “C”), and administered Mespopon by injection into his own arms in the same way.
2. On September 20, 2010, at around 20:0, the Defendant received 0.5 grams from “D” office operated by the Defendant in Dongbcheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, by receiving approximately 0.5 grams from “F,” and immediately inserted approximately 0.05g of the phone into a single-use injection machine, and injected it into his own arms by dilution.
3. On January 201, 201, the Defendant received approximately 0.5 gramphones from F by receiving approximately 0.5 gramphones from F without compensation at the above D office, and immediately administered approximately 0.05 grams in the above manner.
4. On January 201, 201, the Defendant received marijuana by delivering approximately 20 grams to F free of charge at the above D office, and around F, around 20:00.
5. On February 201, 201, the Defendant received approximately 0.5 gramphones from F by receiving 0.5 gramphones from F without compensation at the above D office, and immediately administered approximately 0.05 grams in the above manner.
6. At around 20:00 on February 2, 201, the Defendant used philophones by having other 0.05g philophones get other scopon to get other scopon on a coffee.
