1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 38,50,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 30, 2018 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Claim for the unpaid construction cost of the facility work (including construction cost of KRW 165,00,000, value added tax) among the new construction works in Suwon C, which was entered into around April 29, 2017 between the basic plaintiff and the defendant, and the delay compensation for the said work amount of KRW 38,50,000.
