Criminal facts

On July 26, 2012, the Defendant connected a trade name located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Ma1dong to Adi H by using a computer at a remote room where it is impossible to identify, and opened the “commercial female film work” with the author’s property right in the “Saccine Trust Co., Ltd.” without the victim’s consent, and owned it to the public, and then distributed the said work so that many and unspecified members of the same site can download it.
