1. The Defendant’s KRW 33,811,517 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 17% per annum from October 25, 2003 to November 15, 2008.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, “creditor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant”.

2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
