2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

A. On February 23, 2007, the Plaintiffs purchased from the Defendant the purchase price of KRW 400,000,000 from the purchase price of KRW 695,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 for KRW 69,000,00,000,000,000,000,00 for forest land as D forest land in the Do

(hereinafter “instant sales contract”). B.

Until May 2007, the Plaintiffs paid the full purchase price pursuant to the instant sales contract to the Defendant.

C. Since the conclusion of the instant sales contract, land prior to the instant division was merged or divided as follows.

(1) Of the instant land prior to the instant partition, the land was combined with the area of 695 square meters of the entire-nam-gun D Forest, and the area of 12,306 square meters of G forest into 13,001 square meters of D forest land on September 4, 2007.

(2) On September 20, 2007, 13,001 square meters of D forest land, which was combined as above, was revised to be registered as D forest land 12,789 square meters on September 20, 207, and thereafter, the said land was divided into D forest land 1,797 square meters on October 5, 2007, H forest land 7,686 square meters, and 3,306 square meters of I forest land on October 5, 2007.

(3) As above, among the lands divided into 12,789 square meters of H 7,686 square meters of H forest, 4,340 square meters of H forest, 992 square meters of J forest, 92 square meters of K forest, 992 square meters of L forest, and 1,362 square meters of land. ② International forest 3,306 square meters of forest was divided into 1,282 square meters of forest, M 704 square meters of forest, 660 square meters of forest and field on December 26, 2007, and ② International forest 3,306 square meters into 1,282 square meters of forest and field, M 704 square meters of forest, 660 square meters of N forest and field.

(4) Meanwhile, among the land prior to the instant partition, the land of this case was divided into the area of 10,450 square meters of forest E, Jeonnam-gun, Jeonnam-gun into the area of 6,609 square meters of forest E on December 26, 2007, and 3,841 square meters of forest land.

(5) Following the foregoing merger and division, the land prior to the instant division is ① 1,797 square meters of land for D forest land in Do (hereinafter “instant land”); ② E forest land 6,609 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”); ③ 605 square meters of F forest land (hereinafter “instant third land”); ④ 4,340 square meters of H forest land (hereinafter “instant 4”); ⑤ 1,282 square meters of land for I forest land (hereinafter “instant 5”), ⑤ 3,841 square meters of P forest land (hereinafter “instant 6”), 7,92 square meters of land for J forest and field (hereinafter “instant land”); 8,92 square meters of land for J forest and field (hereinafter “instant 7”) (hereinafter “instant land”); and 8,92 square meters of land for K forest and forest.
