A. On July 23, 2012, the Defendant was appointed as a director of the Educational Foundation F (hereinafter “Corporation”) of the E University Foundation, Daejeon, Daejeon, on or around August 2013, and was dismissed from office on or around September 2013. The Defendant was in charge of the president of the Dong-gu Council from September 27, 2013. Around June 27, 2013, the Defendant was in charge of the countermeasures against the sale of buildings G to the E University and the suspicion of embezzlement of school expenses, and a person who was in charge of the chairperson of the E University Emergency Countermeasures Committee, which was organized to organize a school normalization.

Victims H held office as president of E University from September 1, 2010 to August 31, 2014, and victims I hold office as president of the said legal entity from September 26, 2012.

The Defendant, as the above an emergency response committee’s perjury, raised various doubts in the school and caused conflicts with the victims, thereby impairing the honor of the victim H and the victim I by inserting the “name” in the name of the said emergency response committee on July 12, 2013, 15 of the same month, 2. 3. 17 of the same month, 3. 4. 19 of the same month, 4.

The facts related to the purchase of a new official residence are that the former official residence was sold and the new official residence was purchased in order to promote the unilateral private convenience of the victim H. In addition, the victim H was not a purchase of a new official residence in order to promote the victim H's unilateral private life, even if the management expenses of the new official residence were paid for expenses, not for school expenses, from November 2010 to the first time on March 25, 201, by the board of directors of the said corporation, taking into account the convenience of facilities, aging, and work.
