A. The Plaintiff is a person who manufactures and sells water treatment equipment under the trade name of “C,” and the Defendant is a corporation that produces Modle, installed in a mobile phone.

B. On April 13, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to manufacture and supply “net water” manufacturing equipment at KRW 66 million (including value-added tax) (hereinafter “instant equipment”) (hereinafter “instant equipment”), and the said contract is called “instant supply contract.”

(2) On June 25, 201, the Defendant paid to the Plaintiff KRW 30 million on April 14, 201, KRW 25 million on August 4, 2011, and KRW 55 million on total. 2) The Plaintiff supplied and installed the instant equipment to the Defendant on or around June 25, 2011, and the Defendant, from September 201, carried out the washing process of the car cameras inserted into the cell phone ( smartphone) using the instant equipment.

C. A summary of the instant equipment is as follows: (a) water supplied to the general public, such as water for industrial use and water for tap purposes includes organic materials, such as floating material, spathy, and gyria, and inorganic materials such as calcium, calcium, calcium, and marinium; and (b) in cases where such water is used for washing purposes in the manufacture of semiconductor and precision electronic equipment, the defect of the product may occur. Accordingly, precision electronic equipment, such as a cellular phone camera produced by the Defendant, is a pure machine that manufactures pure products by cutting organic products contained in raw water and inorganic products. (b) The instant equipment is a machine that manufactures pure products by filtering raw water supplied to the enterprise. (c) The instant equipment is designed to be installed to successively remove and block organic products, inorganic products, and in the process of manufacturing the instant equipment by stage.

(1) Raw water pipes (water pipes or industrial water pipes) shall be installed.
