A(63) is between the victim B(n, 45 years old) and the neighbor B(n, 63 years old) with frequent parking problems in a flat bomb, so it is not good to see each other.

On May 26, 2017, at around 17:50, the Defendant: (a) was located in Suwon-gu, Busan; (b) reported that the injured person parked a vehicle at the entrance of alley at the entrance of the mouth before the Defendant’s house; and (c) committed assault, such as waiting for the back of the female on his/her floor.
