The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On April 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 6:10 on April 2, 2019, when he/she had a horse dispute with C with the second floor room B in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) the victim D (the age of 61) committed an assault by the victim D (the age of 61) either shote C’s part, thereby cutting the victim’s part into his/her arms.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
B. The victim’s intention not to prosecute after the indictment of the instant case was instituted
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
