Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 7 as to the cause of the claim, the defendant entered into a subcontract with C on June 25, 2015 with respect to the construction cost of the temporary construction work and the construction work of the molded house among Jeju apartment construction works. The plaintiff provided necessary human resources at the construction site. Among them, the plaintiff did not receive KRW 1,580,000 from October 9, 2015 to October 23, 2015.
