Punishment of the crime
The defendant operates a general restaurant in the name of "C" in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B.
No one shall sell drugs harmful to juveniles to juveniles.
Nevertheless, at around 23:00 on March 15, 2014, the Defendant sold 2 soldiers, who are drugs harmful to juveniles, to two juveniles, including D(15 years of age, south).
