A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for eight months.

Defendant

A is the representative of the used motor vehicle transaction chain (ju) E in Kimpo-si D, and the defendant B is the employee of the (ju) E.

Although the registration number plate of a motor vehicle registered as a product in the middle and high-tier commercial company is kept in the place of business except in the case of a trial operation by a person who intends to purchase a motor vehicle, the defendants purchased the motor vehicle on which attachment is already established or in arrears with administrative fines, etc., in the middle and high-speed commercial transaction, and made a transfer registration in the name of a private person above (ju) E on the market price, and offered to sell the vehicle to the person who intends to operate the vehicle as a "large-type vehicle" by attaching a registration number plate of the motor vehicle for goods without keeping the name of the vehicle as it

In accordance with the above public offering, at the above (ju) E office around March 13, 2014, the Defendants illegally used the above registration number plate through the same method between around August 19, 2013 and February 11, 2015, including the following: (a) the Fchier’s registration number plate registered with the above company for goods is not separately kept in the office by removing the Fchier’s registration number plate; and (b) selling and operating the Fchier’s registration number plate without transferring the ownership to the name in the state attached to the above vehicle; and (c) the Defendants unlawfully used the registration number plate through the same method.
