A. The Plaintiff is a person who establishes and operates the D Museum located in Gangseo-si, Gangwon-do, and the Defendant is a person who served as an educator of the said museum from January 1, 2018 to August 31, 2018.

B. The Plaintiff displayed “E” (a weak height of 80cm, width of 50cm, side of 30cm, and hereinafter “the instant work”) on the back of the stairs of the first floor of the above museum, but the length of the upper part of the instant work was shorter than the width of the instant work, and thus, the part of the floor of the instant work was set off in front of the said part.

C. From around 40 cm for the above wings and a railing, approximately 20 cm for the opposite fireproofs, and about 20 cm for the opposite fireproofs. From June 2017, the above wings and a railings were accumulated with equipment from around June 2017. However, the above wing employees, such as Ethicals F, etc., were dysing away from the above wings and stairs railing spaces to remove equipment from the above space.

On July 25, 2018, F requested a new member participating in the “G” proceeding in the above museum to help the Defendant to remove the Kenya in the above space, and the Defendant entered the above space and used the cremation box on the box of the Switzerland and then damaged the said space as the cremation box while entering the said space in order to store the Switzerland in the original place.

2. As acknowledged in paragraph 1-D of the occurrence of liability for damages, the Defendant destroyed the instant work by negligence, and thus, the Defendant is liable to compensate the Plaintiff for the damages incurred by the Plaintiff due to the destruction of the instant work.
