[criminal history] On October 17, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months in imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, Etc. at the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention Center on November 23, 2012.

[Criminal facts]

1. On May 2014, the Defendant injured the victim G, who sought female employees (one name “AC”; hereinafter “AC”) who will work at the amusement shop in the name of the Defendant’s wife H “J” operated by the Defendant’s wife “J” I in the Geum-gu, Busan. At the same time, the Defendant had singing, etc. in the same Dong in order to seek an entertainment shop (hereinafter “AC”).

K (33 years old at that time) and G (31 years old at that time) shall be asked to introduce and request A.S., and I.S. shall move to A.S. in the city of A.S.

The above K and G paid KRW 1 million as expenses.

On June 4, 2014, on the ground that the Defendant received money as above, but did not go back to Asan City and did not go back to I.S., the Defendant: (a) around June 4, 2014, around 23:00, followed the victim’s body near the Busan District, Busan District, which was located in 279, and (b) caused the victim’s body by hand and scam, and (c) caused the victim’s body to undergo approximately 7 weeks of treatment.

2. On July 2014, the Defendant committed assault against the victim K and G, and committed assault against the victims several times on the ground that he/she was forced to leave the victim K and G to leave the head of the victims on the ground that he/she did not work at the said “J” entertainment shop and went away for the period of the promise of the victim K and G in the East Culture Center near the East Asian Culture Center, which is located in Busan East-gu culture.

3. On July 2014, the Defendant of special intimidation against the Victim K was parked in the vicinity of the East Asian Culture Center, on the ground that the Victim K did not implement its commitment to promptly, even though the Defendant promised to offer a new promise to engage in work at the said entertainment shop.
