All appeals by the defendant and the prosecutor are dismissed.
1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (unfair sentencing) by the lower court (one hundred months of imprisonment) is too heavy or too unhued (the Defendant).
2. In full view of the circumstances that the court below rendered on the grounds of sentencing and all of the sentencing conditions shown in the records and arguments of this case, the sentence imposed by the court below is deemed appropriate, and it does not seem unfair because it is too heavy or too harsh.
3. In conclusion, the appeal by the defendant and the prosecutor is dismissed in accordance with Article 364(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act, since all of the appeal by the defendant and the prosecutor are without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
