The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a C-5 car.

On September 17, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car on September 23:10, 201, and driven the said car at a speed of about 90 km from the ectic basin to the movable basin, along the two-lanes in front of the Ectic Station D at Jeonjin-gu, Seojin-gu, Seoul.

At the time, there is a night and a place where the center line of the yellow-ray is installed, so a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to thoroughly see the front-time and to safely operate the car line.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, caused the victim FF to suffer injury, such as the “alley of a dub inside a ductal dunes,” which requires treatment for about eight weeks, and at the same time, caused the victim I (the age of 17) who was on a passenger car of the Defendant to die with the same victim J (the age of 17) on September 17, 2014 and on September 18, 2014, respectively.
