1. Basic facts
A. At around 19:20 on March 1, 2012, C driven a D Maz passenger car (hereinafter “Defendant vehicle”) and passed the Maz passenger car crossing near the front side of the Defendant vehicle, Kimpo-si, Gopo-si, Gopo-si, Kimpo-si along the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes from the front intersection to the front side of the Kimpo Airport. Insurance companies paid insurance proceeds, such as medical expenses, to Plaintiff A in advance, and received KRW 1,953,680 from the Defendant on March 28, 2014, and KRW 1,953,680 on August 25, 2015, total of KRW 3,295,090 on the same day, and KRW 7,202,450 on the same day.
E. On March 28, 2014, the Plaintiff Insurance Co., Ltd. first paid insurance proceeds, such as Plaintiff B’s medical expenses, and received KRW 24,096,180 from the Defendant, in total, KRW 7,923,090 for medical expenses on March 28, 2014, and KRW 9,073,090 for medical expenses on August 27, 2015, and KRW 7,100 for the same day.
F. Meanwhile, on February 7, 2014, Plaintiff B was the Seoul Southern District Court 2014Kadan203674 against Plaintiff Insurance Companies.
