A. On July 20, 2015, the Plaintiff remitted KRW 27,500,000 to the Defendant, and KRW 2,200,000 on July 21, 2015, respectively, and lent KRW 29,70,000 to the Defendant.

B. The Defendant agreed to repay the above borrowed money by March 2016.

According to the above facts of recognition, barring any special circumstance, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 29,700,000 and damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum from June 13, 2016 to the date of full payment, as claimed by the Plaintiff, which is the day following the delivery of the instant complaint, to the day of full payment.

Although the defendant asserts that part of the payment was made, there is no evidence to acknowledge this, the defendant's defense of payment is without merit.

3. According to the conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
