Punishment of the crime
On August 11, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the violation of the Chemicals Control Act (snorting hallucinogenic substances) by the Incheon District Court on August 11, 2016. On November 10, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of eight months for the same crime in the same court at the same time on November 18, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 18, 2016, and the said suspended sentence was terminated on January 18, 2018.

1. A thief: (a) around 01:42, August 16, 2018, the Defendant opened a door that was parked at the 6-1256-11, i.e., the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, 1256, in which the victim E did not correct the FKan vehicle of the victim E parked at the same location; (b) committed theft by bringing about KRW 5,000 in cash owned by the victim E; (c) credit card number 2; and (d) vehicle 1; and (d) by September 4, 2018, the Defendant stolen property worth KRW 2,960,000 in total by the following methods until September 4, 2018, as indicated in the list of crimes committed.

On August 19, 2018, the Defendant in violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraudulent Use of Computer, etc. and Credit-based Financial Business: (a) purchased drinking water from the Doncheon-ro platform, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, 121, at its own platform, at around 121, and purchased drinking water at the market price of KRW 1,500,000, by recognizing the new information on the card in the name of the victim G, as described in the attached Table No. 3 of Crimes List No. 3, when purchasing drinking water from the Doncheon-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu.
Accordingly, the defendant acquired economic benefits equivalent to the cost of drinking water and used stolen cards by inputting information into information processing devices, such as computers, without authority.

1. On July 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered an I driver’s vehicle parked in front of the 5-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon at around 23:25, in the front of the 5-1 Pyeongtaek-ro, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; and (b) opened a door that has not been corrected.
